Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Calculators King does with information when you use calculatorsking.com. It is written for the site as it actually works. Calculations run in your browser. The numbers you type into a worksheet are not sent to us as a calculation request, and we do not operate an account system that would store them against your name.

What you type into a calculator stays on the page. Closing the tab clears it. We do not ask you to create a password. We do not sell calculator inputs. If you copy a result into an email or a document, that copy is yours to handle under whatever rules apply to that document. The site cannot see it.

The contact form is the exception that is deliberate. If you send a message, you give us a name, an email address, a topic, and the message itself. We use those fields to reply and to fix a page you wrote about. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question. The message is emailed to hello@calculatorsking.com. Please do not include medical records, full payment card numbers, or government identity numbers in that form. A question about a formula does not need them.

Like most sites on shared hosting, the host may keep technical logs: IP address, browser type, the URL requested, and the time. Those logs are used to keep the server running, to diagnose errors, and to resist abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of your calculations. Retention of host logs follows the host's ordinary practice. You can ask us what we still hold in an inbox by emailing the address above.

Cookies on the current site are limited to what the browser and the host require for basic operation. We do not set an advertising cookie today. If Google AdSense or a similar programme is added later, that provider may set cookies to serve and measure ads, including ads that are more relevant to other sites you have visited, depending on your settings. Google's own documentation describes how to control ad personalisation. If that change happens, this policy will be updated and the date at the bottom will move.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A calculator about school grades or a game score is still a general-audience reference page. If you believe a child sent us a contact message, write to us and we will delete it.

You can ask for a copy of contact messages we still have that are tied to your email address, and you can ask us to delete them. We will do that unless we need to keep a message to establish a correction we made or to meet a legal duty. Requests go to hello@calculatorsking.com. We may need to confirm that the address belongs to you.

Pages may link to public references, such as a government description of statutory maternity pay. Those sites have their own policies. A link is not an endorsement of every page on that domain. Embedded fonts may be requested from a font host so the page can display the type we chose. If that request fails, the page falls back to fonts already on your device. Search suggestions are loaded from a file on this domain that lists page titles. It does not contain anything you typed into a calculator.

We may update this policy when the site changes in a way that matters, for example if advertising cookies begin. The revised page will keep explaining the practice in ordinary language. Continued use of the site after the date on the page means you are looking at the current description. This version was prepared for publication on 21-10-2026.

International readers use the same pages. We do not run a separate European or US store of your calculations, because we do not store those calculations. If a law where you live gives you a right of access or erasure over the contact email you sent, use the contact address and describe the right you are exercising. We will not ask you to create an account in order to make that request.

Security is ordinary and specific. The contact form rejects a message that is too short to be a real note and a message that is absurdly long. A hidden field catches simple bots. Pages are served over HTTPS when the host is configured with the included rewrite rules. We do not ask for your location, camera, or microphone. None of that is a promise that a shared server is invulnerable. It is a description of what the site itself is built to collect, which is very little. Fonts may be fetched from a type host so headings match the design. If that request is blocked, the text remains readable in a fallback face. Blocking the font does not block the calculation.

Questions people ask next

01Do calculator inputs leave my browser?

No. The worksheet script runs locally. We do not receive the scores, salaries, or dates you type into a calculator.

02What does the contact form store?

The name, email, topic, and message you send, so we can reply. Do not include medical or payment-card numbers.

03Do you use advertising cookies now?

Not as part of the pages shipped today. If an ad programme is added, this policy will say so and link the control that programme offers.

04Can I ask you to delete an email I sent?

Yes. Write from that same address to hello@calculatorsking.com and ask for the message to be deleted.

05Is the site aimed at children?

No. It is a general reference. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
